1.How does selling a domain in installments work?
You can enable offering installments to your buyers directly from your account settings or portfolio.
Once the buyer has initiated the transaction by paying the first installed payment we proceed and take your domain under our management until the total purchase price is paid.
When the buyer is in default, you get to keep the received installed payments and the domain will be returned to you.
2.Are there other currency options?
No, we currently support USD only. We may add more currency options in the future.
3.I sold a domain, when can I expect to receive my payment?
We directly integrate with your payment processors, so the fund should be directly go to your payment provider's account. We will not touch your fund if buyer paid with Stripe or Escrow.com.
For NowPayments.io, we will act as escrow part and will deliver your fund within 24 hours once the buyer has secured the domain name.
4.Where can I change my password?
Just go to "Setting" page, at the "Account Security" part, you can change your password as you like.
5.Do I have to change the nameservers to Sudos.com?
No, You do NOT have to change your nameservers to Sudos for hosting your domains.
But we DO recommend you to change nameservers to Sudos's nameservers to get full features on our platform like easily landing page change and visitor's traffics analysis.
6.What does the default mini offer mean?
The default mini offer sets the minimum offers of all domain in your portfolio which has no BIN price.
7.How much commission do you charge?
0% commission on your domain sales if the buyer pay with Stripe or Escrow.com.
For Dan.com payments, we will charge a 5% commissions of the sale for Dan's escrow fees.
